I chose WJ Meade as my agent as I had dealt with them during the sale of another property in my block. I was a bit of an difficult seller having to change dates at the last miniuite and taking a long time to sell due to extending the lease during the process. All staff were very understanding and helpful with all changes and were very prompt and accurate with all my phone and email requirements.
Comment on agent fees
Any fees are always bad but understandable. Mike Breen was upfront with the costs at the beginning and we agreed on a percentage at the first stage.
