I was a tenant in gillingham kent, the agency seemed nice till the moment you officially finish all paperwork and rent the place. The very first week garden wall fell off, i fixed it, mold was all over the house and kitchen sing started leaking, that was the very first week, renovation by landlord was the cheapest possible renovation one can do, wall paint started to fall the very first week i was there(mostly because of mold) they did not actually invested money for eredication and i know why now. When i had one last month with them, they stopped being nice because i am not going to give them money anymore. They started requesting and demanding viewings and even saying they will come with force and they dont take no for an answer. one time when it was first time inspection, they took very private photo and when i asked they removed it, they did not lisen, i was dumbfounded for a second could not believe they act like this. Short story short as a tenant i had terrible experience with them.
