Fraud and Cunning Agents!!!
Buyers and Sellers be aware! These agents failed to disclosed that the property we were in the process of purchasing did not have any planning permission nor building regulations for the works carried out in the property and loft conversation. They completely mislead us.
Do not trust these agents whatsoever!!!
