As always James and Jessica kept me updated with prospective tenants. Once tenants were found (extremely quickly) everything ran smoothly and Jessica communicated with me all the way through to them moving in. I can not recommend BPC highly enough, hence 5 stars....

I have used BPC several times now for different property lets. I have dealt with Ashley, James, Jessica and Agnieszka and have always found them to be professional, helpful and polite. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
