Hannells Chellaston Branch dealt with the sale of my Mum and Dads property. Heidi was the original point of contact and sorted everything out with Mum and Dad. I was not that involved at the beginning but I know from what Mum and Dad have said that they thought Heidi was brilliant. She explained everything well and was great with contact with Mum and Dad. I became involved when an offer had been accepted and Amanda was then the point of contact. I just want to say that I thought that Amanda was excellent. If I ever rang and left a message she would be straight back on the phone. If I ever asked her to chase anything for us she was amazing and came back quickly with information. It was a difficult process and sale in the end but could have been a lot harder if Amanda hadn't been so excellent with communication and keeping us informed.
Comment on agent fees
I did think the fees were high but I had not looked at other options with Mum and Dad and perhaps this is just the cost.
