Advise any landlord you can, given the chance, that these are the worst estate agents for rental in the universe. We didn't hear from the for 3 years, only when they charged £100 for renewing our contracts (essentially theft). They issued us with an out of data check-in report when we arrived and then made us pay £150 for one when we left. They brought people to our flat without telling us. They charged us £300 to have a clean that they had previously said wasnt necessary. They are not professional and ought to be stripped of whatever entitlement or registration is required to conduct business as a letting agent.
