Townend Estate agents were a great choice for me! Selling my first home, I didn't know what to expect from an estate agent but the staff at Townend made it really easy.
I had an issue with one of the photos being too bright and that was put right the moment i mentioned it.
It only took 4 months from start to finish for my house to sell. I felt the staff at Townend got to know me through our many phone calls and could relate to and advise on the situations that came up with the buyers being unreasonable.
I would definitley use them again in the future!
