As a tenant, this was a shambles. From Oakwood not having faith in the banking system, having a 5 day wait for card payment? MOre annoyingly they sold my data without my permission. The house was filthy even though they had inspected it. No standards, avoid

Beware Landlords. I think they have got to big to care for landlords, I even had 1 tenant damage my property, then they gave the deposit back and rehomed them in one of their other properties, good luck to that landlord now...communication gets missed, no ...

Absolutely apauled by the lack of professionalism and knowledge. I found a property, put down my referencing and holding fee - three weeks later I'm told Im not applicable and that I have until the end of the month to use my referencing. To which I was then almost pushed to view properties no where near my preferred town, as there wasn't any to rent in my chosen area.
They've done nothing since to resolve this, despite taking my money! My advice would be GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING if they wan ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

They've done nothing since to resolve this, despite taking my money! My advice would be GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING if they want you're money, get proof you've paid and for what. I was led to believe I was the perfect Tennant for this particular property yet they pulled out last minute!!!
