Me and my partner moved into a house in December 2017 that they let. We had no issues moving in. Until problems started around October 2018. We started to have thick green mould in every room. My daughter is very young and this clearly wasn't a priority for them to sort. It had taken us months for them to even change the windows as they were old and hasn't been replaced in years. We have had a leaky shower for months. This shower is leaking onto an electricity box and to them clearly, that isn't a priority. I have called 4 times and someone claims it needs resealing then it leaks again. This should have been resolved the first 2 times rather then 4. *was rude and was more bothered in her papers on her desk rather then me trying to get my point across about the leaking shower. It is endangering our lives as there are live wires where it is dripping. I vow, once I leave this property I shall never go with these again and I shall make sure everyone knows about how they've treated us here. Like absolute scum. I reported my issue with the shower for the final time 21/1/19 and if it isn't sorted by 22/1/2019 then I will be taking this higher. They need to consider people's lives are at risk and if something serious was to happen, I hope they're realise it's on their conscious.
