We had our property with another well known agent in Consett but we were both disappointed with the service, our mistake was not going with Hunters as our first choice, after ditching our first agent within days we had 2 asking price offers from Hunters. After accepting the first offer the second party made a better offer than we had. Hunters made lots of promises but thay did what it said on the tin.
Comment on agent fees
The fees were not the cheapest but they offer so much more in terms of property portals, the photographs and even the conveyancing was included. So I think I had value and got the service I paid for.

Comment on agent fees
