From starting to view properties to rent, right through being a tenant to handing in my notice I have received a fantastic professional service. Everything has been acted on straightaway. All paperwork has been sent immediately, and is explained. The couple of maintenance issues I have had have been rectified far quicker than I expected to the point an informal discussion with the man who maintains the communal area regarding my door entry phone turned into an engineer being arranged by Brookdale to attend straightaway. After handing in my notice i was notified with plenty of notice of every new viewing on the flat. Brookdale were always happy to arrange any inspections, viewings or maintenance at my convenience and I was happy and confident to allow them to complete these without me needing to be there so saving on my having to arrange time off work. I would definitely recommend Brookdale and am sorry to be leaving them and if the need arose in the future they would be the first agents i would contact. Thankyou to all the staff.
