I had no issues with the staff member I have selected, I think she did well as I would imagine she was juggling multiple clients. Overall we didn't feel that there was a particular good knowledge of our property this was apparent on several occasions.
We also didn't find the automated reviews particularly helpful as these were typically a one sentence short response. Some of the feedback we received showed fundamental incompatibility e.g. the property was very near the road or not on a bus route being semi rural this should not have been surprising. I would have thought that this could have been easily explored prior to a viewing. We were quite unlucky with several viewings cancelling within a short space of time and us not receiving the message until the Monday after a lot of time spent preparing our house. When I raised this I did not feel there was much empathy or an apology. I think for weekend booked viewings people should be given the no of a person to speak to in the event of a last minute cancellation or at least be directed to an open office where they can speak to an individual rather than just calling a no for a closed office and leaving a message or they should be able to contact the owner directly.
