At the time we wanted to sell the property in Beckenham, in fall 2017 the market was somewhat down due to Brexit fears. Particularly SE London had seen a progressive fall in prices. As we had decided to move overseas we did not have many options with the property other than to sell. Having gone through the sales record of Alan de Maid, we decided to engage them.
We were quite impressed with the enthusiasm and dedication of their small sales team, led by their energetic Manager, Munsoor Khan. The specific agent who handled the sale, was Karen Looker. She was always contactable, and though we were overseas on many occasions she briefed us regularly. Though one offer did not go through, she managed to attract a new buyer within a short time. During the sale process she was always getting updates from the solicitors and doing her utmost and liaising effectively with the solicitors and the buyer. Due to her and the teams hard work the sale went through this winter.
We therefore would strongly recommend Alan de Maid for property transactions in Beckenham area.
