Dart acted as our letting agent for 8 years, and provided an excellent service throughout that time. The staff are always cheerful and helpful, and they always responded to any communications quickly which was important to me. They secured good quality tenants, and when occasional problems occurred, they acted promptly to inform me and resolve them. Sub contractors used for property maintenance were always at a reasonable rate. We had a few tenancy changes and these always went smoothly with minimum void time between them. The eventual sale of the flat was co-ordinated smoothly which was pleasing, as this can be difficult with tenants in situ. I would definitely recommend and use them again
Comment on agent fees
Fees were reasonable and seemed to be in line with the industry. This was our first letting experience and it is only then that you realise just how much can be involved in the process these days, so I felt it was good value for money.
