I have used Paige & Petrook to rent out my property for the past few years. In that time, I have had no problems at all and appreciate their excellent communication and administration. The entire team is professional, efficient and courteous. Having had some dreadful issues in the past pre-agency, they have dealt so well with all my anxieties during the rental process and beyond. Special mention goes to Kaaren who is simply brilliant at managing the property for me. I am so glad to have her expertise. Barbara, who has organised new tenants for me, is always efficient and approachable. Highly recommended.
