I would like to thank Robert Niewiadowski and his team for selling my flat, especially when it is buyers' market it wasn't easy to sell the property, they made it possible by their excellent teamwork, professional approach involving Chris Potts' efforts and extremely hard work of Maria Drake who was always there with her smile. When my hope was fading to sell the flat, she kept me very positive and assured that such good property will sell and it's true Maria, you did it's SOLD. Well done all at Oakwood-estate, West Drayton.

It’s my second time moving out (first time was at uni), so I can’t really compare agency fees. What I will say however is that Oakwood estate was one of the agencies I found that didn’t charge just to view the property.
