Experience has been extremely poor, this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. The letting department has been awful from start to finish. With long term tenancies, this company will charge £120 every time you have to renew your tenancy, the new estate agents I'm with only charge £40. They have also said I'm to pay a checking out fee of £75 pounds plus vat!
They will happily take rent but when it comes to repairs they will ignore you, they never action reported repairs within the required time,
at times the letting department have been verbally aggressive.
Due to outstanding repairs my living conditions became unbearable. It was very unsettling knowing they didn't care, and basically left me to rot.
Don't be fooled by the fancy website. If you want to be looked after properly as a tenant, avoid this company like the plague. I've very happy with the new estate agents and just like other reviewers I too will be considering taking further action as this company shouldn't be allowed to continue providing a substandard letting service,
this company is unscrupulous to say the least.

We are sorry to hear that in this instance we have not met the high standards of customer service that we aim to deliver to our tenants.
If you are a tenant of ours you will be aware that all tenant fees are advertised on our website, agreed and signed for by the tenant before any application to let a property is made, and then reconfirmed prior to signing the tenancy agreement.
We apologise if you do not feel we have been transparent enough.
We use a state of the art maintenance reporting system to assist our landlords with carrying out repairs. If the repair is within our control (and not the responsibility of the landlord) it would normally be dealt with immediately.
