Ed was positive about our house from the moment he arrived, which filled us with confidence that he would get it sold. Ed was realistic with what was the best price & how to market it best, once we had chosen Mayhews, we then got visited by Alex & Katie so they could familiarise themselves with our house, who both were fantastic. We had viewings with a matter of days once it was listed, we were always kept up to date with what was going on, when people would like to view, feedback. Within 3 months our house had been sold, whilst dealing with the sale Ed would call or email to check how things were going, if we needed his help he was always at hand should we need anything from our buyer, we would recommend Mayhews, friendly, professional & get the job done.
