OK, you've created a pretty damning review, so what I am going to do (for the benefit of our readers) is to spell out how these things are adjudicated - because while there's always two sides to every story, the independent adjudication process that operates through TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) provides the clearest examination of the true facts.
And in this context let me point out that TDS awarded the agency, Northwood, every penny that was claimed for the damage you caused. This covered every aspect of our comprehensive check-out analysis, for which there was full photographic and written evidence of the ingoing condition, and then of the outgoing - far worse - condition you left the property in.
In other words, far from being "bogus" claims against you, they were entirely supported by TDS.
The basis of your review that service was "terrible" is therefore exposed simply as someone wanting to bleat about being exposed for your poor living standards.
The vast majority of tenants behave with impeccable care towards properties that landlords willingly give tenants to occupy as their homes - we are there to be impartial between landlord and tenant and to try to provide harmonious arrangements...
...and then there's someone like you. You couldn't even defend your unsubstantiated position to the TDS, but felt it OK nevertheless to slander a hard-working young member of the Agency staff with this "fake news review".
