So disappointed that I am not dealing with Dawn anymore, it's been 8 years and she is amazing. Not pleased with the change as I built up a great rapor with her. Not only was she friendly she always dealt with any issue I had so quickly and if it wasn't her area would guide me to the correct person . Fantastic service ( and friendliness ) from Dawn and I'll miss going to her . Good luck in the future Dawn .

I've been renting my flat for over three years. I remember that the fees, while I could have done without them, were less than other agents' fees I had been quoted. I also appreciated Touchstone stating their fees clearly on their website - not all agents do this.
