When we first asked Rachel to rent out a property for us, we thought it would take at least couple of months before anybody could move into the property, as it was the middle of November and it was unlikely that anyone would want to relocate so close to Christmas. However, we were pleasantly surprised that Rachel had found the ideal tenants and got the contract signed within two weeks! This is how efficiently she worked on our case. Throughout the process, she was very helpful and gave us regular updates. Working with Rachel was a delightful experience. We would highly recommend her to both potential landlords and tenants alike, as she is superb at her job!

1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct.
