I have mainly dealt with Therese at Chelton Brown over the last few years and she was always very pleasant and efficient and so I was sorry to hear that she had retired but I wish her well in her retirement. Thank you to Therese for all your help and advice .
After such a great rapport with Therese I had some concern about Michelle being able to quickly provide the same level of excellent service as Therese did ,however I am extremely pleased to say how quickly she picked up about my rental portfolio that I have with Chelton Brown and jumped into action straight away
I have only recently started working with Michelle for the first time to rent out one of my rental properties and within a couple of hours of going in to the Daventry branch late one afternoon she had that back on the Market and on the key property websites. that evening!
Since then she has proactively and regularly kept me updated on progress and when I met her again on a tenant viewing she was extremely professional and helpful to the prospective new tenants immediately building a great rapport with them that has resulted in her enabling them to sign up for a tenancy application for the property just a few days after me going in to see her for the first time!
