I have rented a room by pc at home making me recommend from london capital homes and the result has been a room of few meters square where possible to turn for the price of 160£/settimana is not. The kitchen doesn't have table and chairs and therefore it is impossible to sit for dining, as it is in own room. During the christmas holiday they have sent me a lot of mail about payment, contract and other things ruined my Vacations. I sent a mail explain that i would have paid when i wanna be in London in the new year, but they have sent me mail constantly. I will go out from the flat the 1st of february and from january 15th they want to show my room to visitors and keep it cleaned and in order. P.S. I asked to change the room, but the answer was negative, I Have the screen shot, but in Italian! Everything I wrote can be documented

I have the similar situation. I rent apt with London Capital Home, they are so mean. My payment is $1050 for a week. Poor service! ! ! Also, Carlos Sarmiento lying time the reception, got my extra key, opened my door without permission, he being 3 man into my house and scared my parents. I have video record and I also report to the police.
