Poor Communication from start to finish, we went away for a year and rented our property through Hannells with the Gold Package, I still don't know what we were supposed to get with that. I had to email every month and ask what was happening with the rent as it was always late and I was told that there was nothing they could do as the tenants are entitled to a ' peaceful existance'. We were made to feel like villans for asking for our rent which we were depending on. We ended up coming back early and staying with family because we were so stressed from the whole experience.
Comment on agent fees
We paid £46 per month for a supposed stress free, fully managed service and never got it.
