Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Must admit some confusion on our behalf, but only on our e-mail address because we have a few different ones because of our work commitments require different ones.
We firstly received no reply and then after chasing another appointment were told we had confirmed a viewing time we wanted but did not confirm. The person we spoke to had definate attitude and as a result we decided to cancel a viewing we were very interested in and are in a position to buy. We think it only right you should inform your seller as they are paying for a service.

I am somewhat saddened by the contents of this post, we DO take all customer and especially maintenance issues very seriously.
I would like to point out that we do NOT have any working relationship or contract with this site: Allagents.co.uk as we are unable to verify any comments that are made or prove they are indeed genuine.
AllAgents will not communicate with many estate agent that it lists on its site and has had much controversy made against it within various press releases.

I'm very sorry that you continue to remain unhappy with your experience with us. I believe prior to the surveyor coming into our office that you were more than happy with our service and had built a good relationship with all of my staff.

Sadly we are unable to please everybody, what’s more disheartening is that too many people are quick to criticize rather than compliment. In our opinion in the case the tenant had caused damage to the property by breaking glass to gain entry, we were never able to make contact with tenants regarding various maintenance issues when raised and in deed for future properties when looking. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
