Salter Rex recently sold my flat in South End Green, and did an excellent job. I had tried many other estate agents, most of whom confirmed the worst stereotypes, whereas Alan and Graham confounded them. Whereas some others had wildly inflated the asking price to secure the work, Alan and Graham came with a rigorous analysis of the £/m2 of comparable sales in the area. We tried for a little more, but ended up roughly where they had predicted all along. Cheerful, professional, patient, and got it over the line in a tough market.

Very reasonable, especially when I switched to sole agency.
