We highly recommend Randall's Residential in Basingstoke. Simon has many years of local experience and was able to guide us through our sale with genuine care and knowledge. The sale was not straightforward and we truly believe if we had chosen another estate agent, our sale would have collapsed. When things looked like they were going 'pear-shaped', Simon stepped in and offered a solution that satisfied all parties. On the final days, before completion, Ben liaised with all parties involved and kept us up-to-date.
We would also add, that while trying to make a purchase via another well-known estate agent who, due to their silly games, lost their buyer a sale (the property is still for sale at a much lower price than we offered).
In conclusion, we would not hesitate to use Randall's as our estate agent in the future.
