A friend recommended me to Village Estates and I was impressed by the knowledge that both Charlie and Brett showed of the local market. As soon as I visited their office in Sidcup I felt that this was a company I could deal with as opposed to some other companies in the area. Charlie listened to the reservations I had about putting my house on the market and helped through the process from beginning to end. The photos he took of my property were brilliant. Unfortunately my first buyer pulled out but he worked really hard and by the next day I had another offer and we have just exchanged contracts. He was a joy to deal with always pleasant, very helpful, returned my calls promptly and kept me informed at every stage. I would happily recommend Village Estates and especially Charlie to anyone looking to sell.
