We approached Get An Offer whilst trying to sell a property in Liverpool. We had very little knowledge around selling properties and approached a number of agents in the initial stages. Get An Offer were the quickest to get back in touch and with the initial contact being really positive we decided to go with them. We made the right decision. They appear to be a very busy and hard working team. They are never too busy to speak or come back to you though. I would initially ask for Lewis but it became apparent that they were all on top of their prospective sales so it didn't matter who we spoke to in the end. We had a lot of contact with Tom and Amber to name but a few. All the staff there are polite, friendly and reassuring. We were let down during the course of our sale on a couple of occasions. It didn't matter as they had a succession of prospective customers lined up to take their place and I was left in no doubt that the property would be sold. Don't be put off by where Get An Offer are based, it mattered not to us as they were only a phone call away and were easily contactable. They provided us with an Excellent Service and I would highly recommend them.

We felt they were reasonable in our circumstances as we could see the amount of work they were doing to promote and sell our property.

Very kind of you Tom. My 1st viewing was arranged the tenant didn't show up. The agent didn't have keys and you had turned your phone off. Wasted journey. The second visit, you had also turned your phone off and I had to wait 2 hours for the tenant to arrive. No keys. I was practically forced into using your solicitors as they were "quick and efficient" so I did. I was advised of moving dates and planned my move accordingly.
