DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!!!!
THEY INVITE YOU TO THEIR OFFICE IN BOW LANE AND THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT THE PROPERTY YOU CAME FOR IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE. THEY SHOW YOU INSTEAD SOME NICE PROPERTY PHOTOS AND THEN THEY MAKE YOU PAY £500 HOLDING DEPOSIT SAYING IT CAN GO AT ANYTIME. THEY RIP YOU OFF WITH A CRAZY PRICE AND THAT'S IT, ONCE YOU SIGN YOU ARE IN THEIR SH..T!
THEY USUALLY ADVERTISE ON SPAREROOM AND GUMTREE.
MOST OF THEIR GOOD REVIEWS POSTED HERE ARE FAKE, ADDED BY THEIR OWN STAFF!
I PERSONALLY MANAGED TO FINISH WITH THEM AFTER SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY PUT ME IN A HOUSE WITH 5 BEDROOMS, NO LIVING ROOM (IT WAS CONVERTED INTO 2 BEDROOMS) AND SMALL KITCHEN AND ASKED ME TO PAY £860 FOR A SMALL ROOM IN BETHNAL GREEN.
DURING MY STAY THERE I HAD ISSUES WITH SHOWER ( WE ALL ASKED TO HAVE IT FIXED FOR 4-5 MONTHS); WASHING MACHINE BROKEN TWICE WAS ONLY FIXED AFTER 2 MONTHS; INTERNET ONLY HAD FOR 3 MONTHS OUT OF MY 10 MONTHS CONTRACT; BEDBUGS; CUPBOARDS FALLING FROM THE WALL... AND SO MANY OTHER ISSUES. MOST OF THE TIME WE REPORTED ANYTHING, WE WERE IGNORED OR JUST TOLD THAT THEY WILL BE FIXED.
AFTER I FINISHED MY 10 MONTHS CONTRACT, I CHECKED OUT ON THE 5TH NOVEMBER 2018 AND ONLY RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT TODAY 4TH JANUARY 2019, SO IT WAS 2 MONTHS OF CHASING THEM... AND THEY EVEN CUT SOME PART OF IT
I HEARD SOME OTHER SIMILAR STORIES ABOUT THIS AGENCY SO THEY DO THE SAME WITH EVERYONE. IT IS YOUR CHOICE IF YOU WANT TO SIGN UP WITH THEM!
