Thomas Morris Ramsey whilst disappointing initially provided a very good service once a sale had been agreed. They were very proactive in resolving issues with our buyer which seemed impossible for the conveyancers to sort out, whilst the whole office provided very good support particular note should be made of Joe Rattue who was very proactive.
Comment on agent fees
I think for the initial service the fees were very high but were some what balanced by the service once a sale had been agreed, probably still a little on the high side but still in line with other high street providers.
