I just had to write a review to say how pleased I am with the service I have received from Hannells in Chellaston. I had had other agents out for the initial valuation but when Heidi came out I knew I would use her regardless of price, she loved my property and had such a wide range of knowledge of the area and prices. I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Nicola the Manager phoned me and explained the process, she was so helpful and friendly as were all the staff. In the first week of marketing I received 3 viewings on of which went on to offer, they took all the stress out of the negotiating and I am now sold! Thank you so much I will definitely recommend Hannells in the future.
