We where looking to rent from them. I do not like to be aggressive so i will try to keep this review practical and short.

Every email from them has taken at least a week. When we first called them to say we wanted to rent they told us to pay a down-payment, we then asked for the specifics but they insisted we pay over the phone by handing out our card information. We did. 450£ that we will not get back. The reason being that we stated that my husband will be on paternity leave which they do not accept as financing. This is totally fine but had we known that, we obviously would not have payed the 450£. This miscommunication is then considered our fault.
They then said that we could only rent the property if we paid the full amount ( 6 months rent) upfront. This is a lot of money but they also said that if we didnt then we would lose the 450£. So we had the opportunity to apply for a grant that would equal this amount so we asked for the specifics to try and scrape up the amount, but then again the email with the specifics took a week to get so when it arrived we had 3 hours to pay or we would loose our 450£.

Here comes the emotional part. I feel that we have tried our best to sort this out. We are a small family. I grew up in foster care and if i had a parent to borrow from then we might have been able to sort this out. We have always been honest but of course i leave some room for miscommunication, i just wish that they did too.

I am leaving this review because i think that a good company would work with the customer to make sure all communication is confirmed before any money exchange hands. They are nice on the phone but don´t sign anything or pay anything wit hour reading ALL the specifics as they wont hesitate to take advantage.
