W&R were very professional up until we signed the tenancy contract, afterwards everything changed. Started with sever delay in responding to any maintenance request. We got leakage twice, once was in upstairs toilet room that left stain in the living room ceiling and they responded after many emails and phone calls. When it came to the end of tenancy agreement, they delayed the deposit and they tried to convince the landlord with none-genuine to take money from the deposit. Luckily, the landlord was very approaching person and after talking to him, they return the deposit in full. They unfairly delayed the deposit for 11 W&R working days (including Saturday). They been aggressively replying the phone calls and reached to the point off hanging up without finishing the conversation and me to recall again and again. Every time the did not give a specific answer and keep referring me to the landlord. We have a good track record in renting, and this is the first time to deal with an estate agent like this. I deliberately delayed my feedback after ending the tenancy agreement to reflect on the overall experience.
