I have requested that my name be removed from a tenancy at Porchester where I am no longer resident but this has been refused. You initially agreed to this but when I asked to have my deposit returned you then said this couldn't be done. I have therefore asked for a key to the property as I am listed as joint tenant. This has been refused too. If I am to remain as joint tenant I have a right to protect my status by having access to the property. You therefore have no grounds to refuse me. Your refusal țo act on my requests or to engage with me leaves feeling frustrated and trapped and in my view is very poor customer service.

to think we paid to be treated like this is sickening. i will tell anyone who wants to listen never use this branch and in particular not Phillipa Ives. if you are unlucky enough to be allocated her DEMAND a switch as i pray the rest of the staff have more respect for people.
