We recently sold our ouse through Southgate Estates. From the first point of contact, all of the staff were helpful and thorough.
All of the work done, from the initial valuation to the sales negotiations, was of the highest standard. This was not an 'off the shelf' process, unlike some we have experienced in the past. This was marked by absolute integrity and was professional, thoughtful, personal and positive. We were consulted and kept informed throughout.
We would not hesitate in recommending Southgate Estates and all of their staff to anyone selling a property.
