They are an unprofessional agency. They had two chances with us. On the first view they were late but they took the time to call and inform us. The second one? HA. Hilarious.
We paid our travel, arrived there and NO ONE showed up. I've tried to call both the agents and none of them picked up.
So please, save your time. They probably paid someone for the five starts reviews.

Anna did not have have sufficient references so we weren't able to proceed. We can't guarantee a property unless the landlord agrees. ...
