Drew and the team are streets ahead of the competition. I swapped to Fox and Sons at the end of a pointless, painful and frustrating period in the hands of another Hove estate agent. The difference was astonishing. The service is prompt and (hurrah!) proactive. The photos and brochure were professional and appealing.
The skill is in the way they match properties with buyers, finding out what the buyers actually value in a future flat or house. This led to a swift, acceptable offer with the minimum fuss.
Once the offer had been accepted, their customer service continued to be excellent. They liaised between the buyer and vendor to help ensure everything went smoothly and to everybody's satisfaction.
Well done, Drew and the team. Thank you!
