I came to Archibold and Edwards after being with a well known estate agents for months and feeling very let down. However Martin, Sarah and Bonnie really turned around my outlook on estate agents in general. They were on the ball at all times, securing and offer on my house very quickly. They kept me up to date will every viewing, provided all feedback and when push came to shove were available at all hours of the day for advice, guidance, updates and sometimes just support. They didn't make me feel stupid or inferior for not knowing the legalities or ins and outs of the process.
Above all they are honest about your house price and feedback and will never shy away from delivering bad news if they have to.
Selling a house or buying one is stressful, but these guys shoulder the burden and take a lot of the worry away. You walk away from the process feeling like you've been provided a gold plated service, knowing that they did everything they could to make the the transition more comfortable, because unlike the big chains, these these guys genuinely care about you.
I honestly could not reccomend them highly enough!
