Sam was very polite, genuine and able to answer all of my questions when showing me flats in the area. He was patient and attentive to what I was seeking, while respecting my budget.
He was always prompt in returning calls and emails. He put me in contact with other relevant colleagues to ensure a smooth check-in and move-in.
Sam continues to be just as supportive with initial queries and any small 'fixings' now that I have moved in to my new flat.
