After initially considering using an online only service I can say that having now completed the sale of our property there is no way we would have made it if we had not opted to use Arins.
Harry was an excellent agent throughout the process, providing trustworthy guidance and remaining available. We had a lot of difficulty in communications with members in the chain below that threatened to collapse the sale. Harry remained attentive and committed to maintaining things going well beyond what would have been expected to secure a good final result for us.
