Brookdale Property Management managed my property for 7 years. Prior to this i had actually been with them as a tenant so i understood their vetting process very well which i found to be very fair and i really rated the way they treated me as a human being and not just a number.
They found tenants for my property straight away and over the 7 years the place has never been empty for more than 3/4 months. I have never had a late/missed payment. I found them to be extremely proactive with informing me about any slight/major concerns they have picked up from the property inspections.
I have always used their contacts for repair/maintenance work. Their contacts are all trust worthy and honest people who's rates are very competitively priced.
Over the 7 years i have spoken to most of the team, including the directors. They all want to help you and any matters are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. They always pick the phone up straight away, i have never been put on hold for more than a minute while they pass me through to a different department.
