From the initial meeting and valuation with Damien, we new we were in a good safe pair of hands, which we found reassuring, as we had not moved house for 34 years.
Damien was honest and straight to the point with his advice and answered all questions we had prior to signing up for the sale of our house.
We were then handed over to the very capable hands of Liz, who worked tirelessly on our behalf, keeping us up to date with all proceedings, throughout the sale & purchasing process.
Although there are difficult times and frustrations with the procedures, which are out of your hands in mos instances, Liz remained calm and retained her great sense of humour, which assisted in lightening the load in stressful times.
Declan also played a great role in passing messages through to Liz and making sure the office were informed, in their busy times throughout the day.
To sum up, I cannot Thank Ryder & Dutton enough, in how they made a very difficult process for me and my wife, quite easy with the flow through each process.
