Worst estate agents i have ever used. We signed the agreement upon our move in which promised a professional clean amongst other things and when we moved in and had our check in it was evident we didnt have a professional clean, the sink was blocked, food left in the cupbards and rubbish outside we had to clean. Oakwood just repsonded we should leave it in a similar condition when we leave so ignored the fact we had an agreement for a professional clean. Our oven was broken upon moving in and it took months to get it fixed, it was only when it was nearing christmas and we couldnt have a christmas dinner that a replace ment was ordered. Then we had a leak in the bathroom, turns out there was a botch job done by the landlords maintenance team to the last people that lived there and this had gone wrong again, they didnt repair this for months either and we contacted them again and again to sort the repair, we were ignored over and over and our case was passed onto other memebers of staff as the staff turnover rate was high at Oakwood Estates, this was annoying as we had water pouring down the stairs ceiling and walls whenever we washed and we had to wash still. They repaired this eventually then left a huge hole in the ceiling and didnt return to repair this for months so our entire stay was like living in a building site. We finally got to the point where we realised its pointless complaining as they just dont care. We have now moved out and the Landlord will not respond or dispute the deposit and it is still held by the deposit protection scheme, we have had to get a statutory declaration witnessed by a solicitor to begin the process of getting our deposit back because Oakwood and the landlord just do not give a * even though we left the house in a better condition than when we moved in. AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Very Positive Sales Experience.
