Lawler's is made up of a dynamic team. From the initial valuation to organising viewings to seeing the sale through I have only positive comments. Special mention to Angela who managed to stay focus despite a few twists in the story being thrown up during the sale of our property. Angela, as was Leigh and Sophie were all very approachable and happy to offer advice as well as being prepared to give you the time and space to make decisions that we were comfortable with.
Comment on agent fees
No-one likes to pay agents fees but having had dealings with an online agent when trying to negotiate and pursue to buy a property there is no comparison. When thinking about agent fees I would ask yourself how much can you afford to lose a sale ?

Unfortunately some vendors only wish purchasers who are on the market to view - especially if they have had a high level of viewers who can't proceed instantly previously. As discussed with yourself after seeing this review we do make every effort to accommodate viewings but we are obliged to take our clients instructions (as confirmed we did discuss with the vendor again after your initial phone call).
