I've rented over 10 properties in the last 12 years in Brighton (the woes of renting in a city) and rented from multiple different estate agents including the largest chain agents in the city. Whitlock & Heaps are by far and away the best agent that we have ever rented from, without a doubt. The staff are all super friendly, super supportive and anything that you need fixed will be attended to immediately. They take really good care of their properties and tenants, and don't try to screw you out of any money when returning your deposit (ive got the full deposit returned twice now! Almost unheard of in Brighton...) I would 100% recommend this agent, and should I return to Brighton will without doubt contact W&H for anything property related. They deserve more recognition for their great service. 10/10
