Partridge Homes were chosen to sell my ex family home due to divorce. Calum Partridge had control of the sale. He was very prompt and professional regarding valuation and marketing. Due to personal circumstances the sale did not go smoothly but with Calums patience the property was eventually sold to my complete satisfaction
Comment on agent fees
The agents fees were very reasonable and was on a fixed priced basis and also on a no sale no fee basis. The fee included all advertising and viewings
