We started working with Allix and he was very polite and courteous to us and apart from the first meeting, he had been great in responding to us promptly on our queries and getting the tenancy agreements and requirements setup based on our needs, as we had just moved in from the US. He was professional and caring in his deals. The weekend where we were supposed to move, he was off and we ran into many issues but luckily they were sorted.

We are new to UK, hence not very sure about the process, but we believe the fees were fair

Put plenty of effort into promoting and negotiating the sale, then stayed on top of the situation as the buyers and agents lower down the chain messed about delaying completion.. Helpful and professional throughout , also helped get correct meter readings for power bills on completion.....

Agents are driven by ego and not ability, agent didnt even turn up to the first viewing we'd booked then blamed everyone else for the incident and didnt even apologise!

What agent could do to change your mind?
My mind is made and Haart are a woeful outfit. Ive seen a few other properties that I like but if they are advertised by Haart then they are skipped over.Attached Filesnbsp;
