So after a random google search on Satnam 2 years after graduation I was shocked to see how many 5 star reviews he has received and can only presume these are from older working individuals working in Canary Wharf and whom he respects/ probably intimidated by. Anyways- lemme start by telling you this man has NO respect for students and will literally manipulate/ exploit you in anyway- think mr crab from spongebob- I think he just sees dollar signs when students call up as we are often 1) far from home- so vulnerable, 2) never gone through this leasing shit before and 3) trying to balance uni work with a job whilst still enjoying belushies and an occasional mad one in central. Anyways let me not progress. PLEASE TRUST ME AND THE OTHER REVIEWS WHEN WE SAY THIS MAN AINT * WORTH YOUR STUDENT LOAN MONEY THATS CURRENTLY EARNING 6% INTEREST! People don't have time to leave reviews like this unless we're really passionate about something- and we are clearly passionate about other fellow students (as this seems to be his main target audience for shitty customer service) not being ripped off. Likewise to previous reviews he&' just rude on the phone, massively pressures you with false accusations about "this is the last 4/5 bed house" I have half of Greenwich, goldsmith and kings student database looking at this one house- so act fast &this one sold really fast last year etc etc- you get the gist! NAH FAM!- honestly, looking back so many alarm bells were ringing. But like a naive lass * we chose to ignore them as it was more convenient and we were stressed at the prospect of being homeless come June, or having to live in zone 6! So we entered something much worse than a relationship*- we entered a legally binding contract for a property through Satnam! The whole signing of contracts and guarantors was stress AF, I myself was in America for the summer so explained I can't sign my contract until September when I'm physically back in the country- this was all agreed on before I left in June but come early September (and after 2/4 of us had moved in we were SENT A TEXT MESSAGE telling us we had to vacate the property as all contracts weren't signed! Pls imagine the stress 4,000 miles away when you can't do Shit to help the situation. Anyways after my mother (bless her no bull taking; soul) sorted the situation for me the waters started to settle. But still- who sends a text saying pack yo bags? Fast forward to February - everything is going swell, but then you get graced with Satnam once again as he starts showing prospective tenants around your house- bare in mind you want to be in for these as all your personal shit is in there and not saying Satnam would ever, but other people may swipe whilst looking around! So this goes on for MONTHS and trust there are so many and it just starts so so early! I know other agencies don't allow people to start house viewings until May as an act of respect for currently tennants! Finally upon moving on I'm just gonna abbreviate and say one big **NOPE to the whole thing because it was god awful getting our deposit back, and disputes were going through Satnam and he was just arrogant about the whole thing and literally laughed at us down the phone- threatened us that we'd get none of it back if we didn't 'drop it' etc etc.
To conclude, (like any good essay) fellow students alike, I promise there are so many other letting agencies around the greenwich area that are SOOOO much better! Don't be manipulated by this one man to rush into such a big commitment! It's not worth the stress/ aggravation that will follow
And Satnam- if you respond to this saying 'you should email us directly' WHAT **IS THE POINT IN LEAVING A REVIEW IF NOT TO HIGHLIGHT THESE POINTS TO OTHER PEOPLE! I didn't see you say to one 5 star review - please email us directly, so please be respectful and allow for all voices to be heard!

Should you have any issues with the dealing with a letting agent or individual surely you would made a official complaint either to the property ombudsman, Reiss-Samuels or the landlord.
If this was genuine issue then contact the property ombudsman or contact myself on [email protected] or notify your landlord about the dealing you had with Reiss-Samuels and make a complaint
