We found Bradleys staff friendly and down-to-earth. We needed to get back on the market very quickly with them as new agents and they were responsive to this and created a good advert. They also made edits quickly when requested. More expensive than internet companies but overall it was a better service. We do feel the viewings could have been arranged to suit our needs as a family of young children better. They were respectful of our wishes around times of day, but it was stressful to have just one viewer booked each day due to the amount of tidying involved every time. It would have saved us a lot of effort and stress if they could have booked several back to back viewings per slot e.g.. 2 to 3 viewers at a time rather than one on Thursday, one on Friday, followed by one on Saturday.
Comment on agent fees
Just about acceptable although I think the flat minimum rate was a bit high for people selling property valued below £200,000. Could be more competitive.
